  • Is required to be disclosed by law or court order, in which case the Receiving Party shall promptly notify the Disclosing Party and cooperate with any efforts to obtain a protective order or limit disclosure.

4.4 Duration of Confidentiality

The confidentiality obligations outlined in this NDA remain in effect for a period of five (5) years from the date the Confidential Information is disclosed, unless a longer duration is required by law.
